Please note that non-US customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns and exchanges. To return an item to a shipping company, follow these steps:
If you are returning multiple orders, please write the order numbers on a piece of paper and place it inside the package.
For exchanges: We recommend that you contact Customer Service to reserve an item for exchange in case it sells out while we wait for your package. Please call or email with the order number, item, and size you wish to keep.
Pack your items in a bag or box.
For air shipping, please include your invoice number and mark "Return to the United States." For mailed returns, the carrier address is:

Starting May 1, 2024, we will accept returns for a full refund within 30 days and exchanges within 60 days. If you have any questions about returns, please feel free to contact our customer service team and we will be happy to help you.
Smaller quantities of heavily discounted items may be classified as clearance items, and clearance items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or store credits.
Zhihexing is not responsible for shipping costs incurred for international returns. We recommend that you choose the most cost-effective tracked delivery method when returning your item.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with all original tags attached to them. See below for tips on how to care for your item to make it eligible for a return:
Footwear
Footwear can easily wear out on hard surfaces. Always try them on on carpet. The shoe box is an important part of the product presentation and must be returned without damaging it.
Swimwear and Underwear
For hygiene reasons, always put on underwear before trying on items. Do not remove the hygiene stickers.
Tops and Dresses
Be careful not to get makeup or deodorant on clothing.
International
Please note that it takes 3-10 business days to process a return. You will receive a refund confirmation email from us once your return has been processed and your refund has been processed. It may take several business days for the refund to appear on your credit card account. This depends on the financial institution that your credit card is from.
